Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products via the salutevital.it website, operated by BIOFARMA S.R.L., Via Campari 3 A, 20099 Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Italy, VAT: IT13570240963, Email: office@salutevital.it. By using this website and purchasing products, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use this website.
Scope of the Contract
The contract applies to online sales of products listed in the electronic catalog at the time of order. Images are for illustration only; the product description prevails.
Product Availability
Product availability is updated automatically, but temporary out-of-stock situations may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be notified by email and the amount refunded or the order amended.
Ordering and Confirmation
You may place orders without registering an account. After selecting products and providing necessary details, your order is considered accepted only upon confirmation email from salutevital.it. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.
Promo Codes and Promotions
Promo codes and promotions may be offered. Promo codes cannot be combined and must be entered before confirming the order. Promotions are valid while stocks last or as stated on the website. No gifts or samples are currently provided.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before confirmation. Only online payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, Revolut, and Google Pay/Apple Pay (via Revolut) are accepted. Bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued only upon explicit request via email. You are responsible for providing correct billing information.
Shipping, Times, and Costs
Deliveries are made by BRT courier throughout Italy to the address provided. Orders are prepared within 24 business hours. Delivery takes 2-5 business days from shipment. Shipping is free for orders over €50; otherwise, the cost is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. If delivery fails, the courier will attempt again or leave instructions.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, by written notice to office@salutevital.it. The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Returns of opened, used, or unboxed products are not accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After inspection, refunds are processed within 14 days, excluding any original shipping costs.
Complaints, Defects, Non-Conformity
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt, with a description and, if possible, photos. For defective or non-conforming products, after verification, replacement or refund will be provided.
Guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity according to Italian law. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
Product Categories
This website offers only food supplements and wellness products: minerals and nutrients, for joints and bones, cardiovascular health, respiratory system. Prescription medicines are not sold.

Changes
salutevital.it reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after publication on the website.
