Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please send us an email within 14 days of delivery, as required by applicable law.

We only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start the process, send an email to office@salutevital.it with the subject “Return Request” and include the following information:

The product is intact and has not been opened.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. After we receive and check the product, we will process your refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
